THE WAY OF THE PRUDENT MAN
Prudence:
One of the four cardinal virtues, which is to discern and distinguish what is good or bad to follow or flee from it.
Discernment, good judgment.
Temperance.
PROVERBS 14: 8
The wisdom of the prudent is in understanding his way, But the foolishness of fools is deceit.
PROVERBS 12: 16
The fool's anger is known at once, but the prudent hide the dishonor.
JESUS SAID:
MATEO 7:24
Therefore, whoever hears these words of mine and puts them into practice will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock; and the rain fell, the streams came, the winds blew and lashed that house; but he did not fall, because he had been founded on the rock.
